The Creative Hive Payment Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Payment Terms
1.1. Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are due on the first day of each month. Monthly tuition is $65/month. Drop-in tuition is $20/class. Open class rates vary based on materials and class length. Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo.
1.2. Late Payments: A late fee of $15 will be applied to any payments received after the due date. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, the student may be suspended from classes until the account is brought current.
1.3. Returned Payments: A fee of $20 will be charged for any returned payments due to insufficient funds or other reasons.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from the program, a written notice must be provided 30 days in advance. Tuition fees will be refunded on a prorated basis, minus a $20 administrative fee.
2.2. Cancellation: If the program is cancelled by The Creative Hive, a class credit will be issued.
2.3. Absence: If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, parents can arrange a make up the class during Art Club hours or during another class offered at the student’s grade level.
3. Scholarships
3.1. Scholarships: Scholarships are available based on financial need and academic performance. Applications for scholarships must be submitted by August 31st of each academic year.
4. Payment Methods
4.1. Accepted Methods: We accept payments via cash, check, or Venmo.
